3 new songs from upcoming album online now

we've got three songs posted on our myspace page from the upcoming new Electric Magma CD which is now tentatively titled The Brown Note.

the three tracks are live-off-the-floor rehearsals and it'll give you a good idea of what to expect on the album. very raw low end debauchery in the key of wah.

When can we expect this new album to be released?

The album will be released before the end of this calendar year. We're going into the studio in a couple of weeks to track and mix.
We'll probably be recording at Signal to Noise again with Sanzo (at least for the drums... maybe the whole thing if we do it live-off-the-floor.... which is our intial intent. It been unanimously decided that the best way to get the proper vibe for this album is to record it live in the studio...warts and all.

Yeah man, live off the floor is the way to go...
